KEARNEY WORK
I currently work at Kearney, a leading management consulting firm where I have worked with over a dozen fortune 500 companies. As a sustainability consultant, I have crafted solutions to complex problems in the areas of decarbonization, climate risk mitigation, circular strategy, design for sustainability, regulatory compliance, water risk management and more. While I cannot share portfolio work directly, I would be delighted to talk with you about the kinds of problems I have tackled and how this has shaped me as a sustainability professional

Trek Bicycle - Circular Materials Program
I spent most of 2022 working for Trek bicycle on a circular materials program. I connected with engineers, chemists and recycling experts in and outside of the company to understand the feasibility of non-virgin material use in new production. I also worked with persons in Trek retail, finance, legal, procurement and global trade to create a tubes and tires rubber downcycling program which is now being piloted across the US.

Fluevog Shoe Impact Report and GRI Index
While studying Corporate Sustainability Reporting and Strategy, I worked with "Fluevog", a bold and stylish Canadian shoe company. My colleagues and I created Fluevog's inaugural sustainability report, which included a GRI index and a materiality matrix, which we developed after conducting a survey across their stakeholder groups. (As Fluevog has not yet published this report, I am simply including a photo).
05
Hydrological Analysis - Poland Spring and Maine
During my studies of the "Science of Sustainable Water", a group of colleagues and I created this analysis of the company "Poland Spring" and their effect on the ground water supply of Maine.

06
Vulture: an Entrepreneurial Exploration of Circular Opportunities in NYC's Organic Waste
During my study of the Circular Economy, some colleagues and I researched and developed a startup idea called "Vulture" as business expansion for our client "Ryp Labs". Vulture is about seeing a hierachy of usefulness in urban foodwaste and connecting businesses those who produce organic waste to businesses who can put it to use. Life Cycle Assessment of Pepsico China product
During my studies of Life Cycle Assessment, I performed a full-scale LCA of both a bottle and can of classic Pepsi. This was a detailed cradle to grave study of all associated greenhouse gas emissions, including things like the film which was used to wrap the pallet of bottles, the natural gas used at the bottling plant and the refrigeration at the consumers home (and everything in between). Ohio Wesleyan University Case Study
Get ready to curl up by the fire with this page turner! This is a case study which I researched during a management class and which was later selected for publication by the Climate School. In it, I argue (and I believe prove), how increased sustainability programming can help garner new prospective student interest, something much needed in these tenuous times for small liberal arts schools. I later carried this work into an independent study, during which I worked with Ohio Wesleyan to map out what expanded sustainability programming could look like.

State of Floating Solar Presentation
During a short stint spent consulting for a solar firm in Boston, I developed this presentation to report on, and make recommendations around, the state of floating solar development in the US. This remains a relatively untapped market compared to its robust adoption in Asia.
10
DEI intersectionality Presentation
During my time at EF, I pushed the company to build out a real DEI initiative which included new HR roles, a change in company hiring practices and an evolution in company culture. I regularly co-hosted company-wide discussions and trainings on racial bias. This deck is from a presentation I led on intersectionality.
